Start a medium sized saute pan off on medium heat and add olive oil and garlic to the pan and allow to heat up.
Once garlic starts to sizzle, add vegetables, Serrano salt, pepper, onion & ginger powder and start to saute. Let saute for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally until you begin to see browning on the vegetables.
Add vegetable cube and water and stir. Be sure to break cube and dissolve fully. Let water cook off while vegetables steam. Once water is almost gone add quinoa and stir.
Cook another 4-5 minutes to make sure the quinoa is heated through and broccoli is tender to to liking. Finish with more Serrano sea salt blend if you want that extra heat.
You can substitute any flavor Peppers on Salt blend if desired. Try with our habanero blend for even more heat.
