Slice or dice potato depending on preference and peel and dice the onion. Cut off tough bottom sections of asparagus and cut stalks into 1 – 2 inch pieces.
Start medium saute pan on medium heat with oil.
Add garlic, onions and a pinch of serrano garlic blend seasoning and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add potatoes, asparagus, serrano pepper blend seasoning, onion powder and fresh ground pepper to taste. Saute on medium for 10 minutes stirring and flipping potatoes occasionally.
Dish will be done when potatoes are golden and asparagus is tender.
You can use uncooked potatoes but you will need to give the potatoes roughly a 5 minute head start on the cook time.
